32g.app provides tools for focus session planning, cognitive performance tracking, and AI-generated summaries.
Features and functionality may evolve over time as we continue to develop and improve the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and Free Trial

  • Free trial: 7 days, no payment details required (where available).
  • Paid plans: Basic, Pro, and Pro Pack (one-time focus day bundles).
  • Billing: Processed by Paddle. Prices are displayed prior to checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

Pro Pack (One-Time Purchase)

  • Includes a predefined number of focus days with no expiration date.
  • A focus day is deducted when a new work day is created, not when the timer starts.
  • This is a one-time purchase processed via Paddle.

Refunds

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt access for other users.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

AI and Cognitive Insights Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries and cognitive test results are provided for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the last 12 months.
