Free Trial
32g.app offers a free trial that allows you to evaluate the functionality of the service before starting a paid subscription.We recommend using the trial period to determine whether the service fits your workflow and expectations.
Subscriptions
If you start a paid subscription and believe that the service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:- actual usage of the service;
- technical issues that prevent normal use;
- applicable consumer protection laws.
In this case, access to the service remains available until the end of the already paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.
Pro Pack (One-Time Purchases)
Payments for Pro Pack one-time purchases are non-refundable once focus days have been activated or used. If you encounter a technical issue that makes it impossible to use a purchased Pro Pack, please contact us — such cases are reviewed individually.How to Request a Refund
